She spent the following five years at Cosmo in various office chairs including production co-ordinator, health & lifestyle writer, beauty editor and features director. In 2005 McCahon took on the editorship of Dolly magazine and after three years reliving her teenage emotional angst, returned home to Cosmo to her current role as editor.
